Olivia Tourgee is developing her practice in complex commercial litigation, internal and government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense.

Olivia assists with representing companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other federal and state government and regulatory agencies.  She has also represented clients in internal corporate investigations, compliance matters, and financial services matters.

  • A pool of senior executives at a major biopharmaceutical company in a joint DOJ/SEC investigation into allegations of “channel stuffing” and financial misstatements
  • An international bank in connection with allegations that it provided material support and/or aided and abetted a terrorist organization in commissioning, authorizing, or planning an act of international terrorism
  • An alleged "tippee" in an insider trading investigation by the DOJ and SEC
  • An alleged "tipper" in an insider trading investigation by the DOJ and SEC
  • A pool of senior executives of a major automobile manufacturer in a DOJ investigation into alleged manipulation of emission control devices and related civil litigation
  • A blockchain company in federal and state investigations relating to an initial coin offering and promotional activity
  • A class action against state officials on behalf of more than 7,000 children in Kansas foster care
  • Financial services companies in a dispute relating to rights and obligations under credit facilities
  • A sports media company in a breach of contract and fraudulent billing practices dispute
  • A cannabis company’s legal due diligence of its target company
  • A regional public transportation agency in its infrastructure expansion
