EXPERIENCE

  • Acting for NHS Digital on its procurement of a terminology solution to store and link definitions in the use of clinical classifications, coding and terminology across the NHS and wider UK Health and Care sector.
  • Advising a public sector body on its contracting arrangements with leading cloud vendors and the transition to one government cloud terms.
  • Advising NHS Digital and DHSC on a wide variety of public procurement contracts relating to COVID-19 IT infrastructure for Test Track and Trace and Vaccinations from March 2020 to the present. This involved providing strategic procurement advice, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Advising a leading global fast food franchise business on its international franchising arrangements, including drafting and supporting the development of appropriate documentation to align with the client’s needs and requirements.
