Mei Mei Wong advises on complex, cross-border and high value debt finance transactions with extensive experience on acquisition financing, fund financing (including capital call/subscription line facilities, asset backed/NAV-based facilities, preferred equity, hybrid facilities, GP facilities and co-invest facilities), back-leverage (including loan on loan financings) and corporate lending.

Mei Mei Wong represents DLA Piper on the LMA Fund Finance Documentation and Guidance Working Group. In this capacity she collaborates with other market leaders to facilitate the establishment of best practice guidelines. Mei Mei Wong also represents DLA Piper on the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Back Leverage Forum.

Her clients include investment funds, multinational corporates, financial institutions and alternative credit providers.
