Seoul, KoreaThursday, March 13, 2025
Four Seasons Hotel Seoul
The DLA Piper 2025 Asia IP Symposium took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul. We had an engaging and insightful gathering of industry leaders, legal professionals, and innovators as we explored the latest trends and developments in intellectual property across Asia. DLA Piper partners gave presentations on developments in recent US patent litigation and the Unified Patent Court.
Former Senators Richard Burr discussed the new Trump Administration’s approach to key IP topics relevant to Asian companies, including the Patent Act, the US Patent and Trademark Office, importation rules, and trade relations. He further surveyed the challenges and opportunities facing Asian businesses in the current US regulatory and political climate.
This summit provided valuable networking opportunities, thought-provoking discussions, and practical strategies to help you navigate the evolving IP landscape.
CLE credit was offered for this event.
