DLA Piper advises Edemsa on the International Issuance of Class 6 Notes
DLA Piper advised Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (EDEMSA), a leading electricity distribution company, in the international issuance of Class 6 Notes.
The Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, under the company’s global issuance program of up to US$400 million (or its equivalent in other currencies), authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission.
