Ignacio Abogabir

Ignacio Abogabir focuses his practice on corporate labor and employment advisory work, complex labor litigation, collective labor relations, and internal investigations, advising domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries.

Ignacio regularly advises employers on individual and collective labor matters, including hiring and termination of employees, implementation of corporate policies, labor compliance, collective bargaining processes, and union relations. He also leads the representation of clients in complex labor proceedings before labor courts and administrative authorities, particularly in matters involving fundamental rights claims, union-related disputes, and administrative challenges.

He also has extensive experience leading internal investigations related to workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and workplace violence complaints, as well as investigations involving senior executives and other sensitive organizational matters, advising companies on labor and reputational risk management.

Prior to joining the firm, Ignacio was a member of the Legal and Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, where he participated in the analysis and monitoring of bills and supreme decrees related to labor and social security matters.
