Zoltán Kozma

Zoltán Kozma advises clients on technology, media and telecommunication related matters (transactions and commercial advice), both from the private and the government sector. He is also advising on all aspects of data protection and privacy including freedom of information matters.

He also worked as an in-house counsel for a multinational IT company, where he provided legal support to business and management teams in Hungary, with a special focus on providing transactional support for IT transactions, licensing, distributing, and marketing of software products and online services (cloud computing).

He has been supporting a wide array of commercial and transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT agreements, and providing advice across a broad range of subject matters such as data protection, IP, consumer protection, and compliance.
