Peter VandeVort is a patent litigation associate whose practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, with a particular emphasis on Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC). As a Bay Area native, Peter has always been surrounded by technology, and he now represents clients in a variety of high-technology industries, including networking, computers, and mechanical design.

Peter's experience spans all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and motion practice to trial preparation, and includes both utility and design patent litigation. Peter's work has contributed to favorable outcomes for clients, including successful motions and strategic business development initiatives. For example, Peter draws on his strong background in both the technical and legal aspects of patent litigation to compile comprehensive analyses of alternative products to support client positions before the ITC. In both the ITC and district court, Peter provides effective client communication and strategic patent analysis, ensuring clients' goals are efficiently met.

Prior Experience
