  • Advising Mérieux Equity Partners on the sale of the Plantex Group to Nactarome (TA Associates).
  • Advising STG Partners on the sale of Trace One to Main Capital Partners.
  • Advising Montyon Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in the Mathevon Group, alongside the management.
  • Advising LBO France in the sale of the Payot Group to Ushopal.
  • Advising STG Partners on the acquisition of Klaxoon from Eurazeo, BPI and Sofiouest. 
  • Advising Atlantic Vantage Point and its partners in their MBO in the context of a spin-off from AXA IM.
  • Advising Hy24, the world’s leading private asset manager dedicated to the hydrogen economy, on a second capital raise for HY2Gen AG, a global producer of renewable hydrogen and synthetic fuels. 
  • Advising a global manufacturer of petrochemical products on the acquisition of a petrochemical site and the setting up of joint ventures.*
