Cécile Taron is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice at DLA Piper in Paris.

She advises French and international investors, asset managers, occupiers and corporates on a broad range of real estate matters. Her practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, disposal and management of real estate assets and portfolios, as well as real estate development projects.

Cécile regularly advises on investment transactions involving logistics, office, retail and hospitality assets. She also assists clients with asset management and operational matters, including the negotiation and implementation of commercial leases; and negotiation of construction agreements and other strategic real estate arrangements.

Her experience includes advising international investment funds, asset managers and multinational groups on real estate acquisitions, forward funding transactions, developments and complex real estate transactions.
