Supported a leading international brewer in managing a 2,500+ property portfolio, delivering end–to–end transaction support across leases, licences, assignments and disposals. Automated document drafting reduced errors ahead of review and approval, improved consistency, and accelerated processes – boosting efficiency and compliance.
Fast-track DORA compliance with smarter contract control
Ensured a global insurer's ICT service contracts met EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements by building a detailed workflow tracker to manage addendums end-to-end. Using tools like DocAuto and DocuSign, we helped accelerate supplier negotiations, strengthen operational resilience, and reduce costs.
Cost effective replacement of in-house contract support
Helped an energy infrastructure investor with high volumes of contract drafting and negotiation work previously managed in-house.
