Advising two South African banks in their capacities as preference share subscribers and lenders in respect of a ZAR820m preference share subscription and revolving credit facility agreement and the associated security arrangements
Advising a major regional renewable energy power plant construction and operations phase common terms agreement for the development, design, financing, ownership, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a 100MWAC Solar PV project in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa to supply energy to a portfolio of buyers on a wheeled basis.
