Charles Dumont de Chassart has a practice focused both on the aeronautic sector (civil and military) and restructuring matters.
Charles is advising first rank Belgian clients in the aeronautic sector, civil and military, that provide MRO, engineering, design and manufacturing services, and this for all legal matters (contracts, corporate issues, restructuring and litigation). 
He has also a substantive experience in insolvency procedures (bankruptcy, liquidation, continuity of undertaking) and is registered trustee at the Undertaking court of Brussels.
