  • Acted for IQ-EQ, a global investor services group in its SGD36m acquisition of a leading compliance consulting firm with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
  • Acted for multiple companies in respect of their primary or secondary listing on SGX (in the automotive, media entertainment and palm oil industries), as well as on other corporate actions including rights issues, private placements, share buybacks and amendment of convertible bond terms.
  • Acted for a Singapore port operator on multiple transactions, including joint ventures with international shipping lines for port operations, a SGD14m acquisition and subsequent partial sale of a port business in Thailand and its venture capital investment into a renewable energy startup.
  • Acted for a luxury lifestyle group in its acquisition of a prominent coffee chain and subsequent internal restructuring of its luxury gourmet business.
  • Acted for an Australian venture capital firm in its SGD5m Pre-Series A investment in a Singapore-based robotics company.
  • Acted for a private equity firm in relation to a USD370m investment in its city gas distribution business in India.
  • Acted for the purchaser in its USD10m acquisition of a regulated asset management business based in Singapore, Malaysia and UAE.
  • Acted for OUE Lippo Healthcare in its SGD163.5m divestment of 12 nursing homes in Japan to First REIT.
  • Acted for Mitsuuroko Group in its SGD85m acquisition of the Lock+Store storage business from Singapore Post Limited.
