Leadership

Paul Albi KC has practised family law and litigation for more than 40 years. He has appeared before all levels of court in Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada. Paul is frequently called upon to write and speak about Family Law for the CBA's ‎Continuing Legal ‎Education courses.‎ 

Lisa Slater maintains a broad family law practice with a focus on complex financial and commercial matters. She has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court, and has prepared written submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada. Lisa’s approach is solution-oriented, emphasizing negotiated and mediated resolutions where appropriate and she is an accredited Family Law Mediator.‎

Heather Davidson is an experienced litigator with over 23 years of experience in high net worth and complex family law matters. With a background in accounting and finance, she offers strategic insight into property and financial issues, while leveraging her skills as both a litigator and mediator to craft tailored solutions for her clients.
