Will Morris

Will joined Rolls-Royce in 2006 and currently leads Group Legal, Security & Resilience, Compliance and Strategic Export Control teams and complex international and business transformation projects. From 2017 to 2023 he managed a global team of 160 specialists in contracts, legal, compliance and risk in the Civil Aerospace business. Will is director of Rolls-Royce SMR Ltd, a joint venture company that is developing small modular nuclear reactor technology, backed by UK government and the state of Qatar.
Sarra Adams
General Counsel, EMEA and International Markets
Sarra is General Counsel for EMEA and International Markets. Sarra has been with dentsu since 2014 and over that time has built the EMEA function from 15 people in 5 markets to a team of nearly 100 lawyers, compliance and data protection specialists across the region and has significantly improved the EMEA region’s legal and compliance risk profile.
In Sarra’s time at dentsu, she has managed an M&A programme of approximately 60 M&A deals, designed the career framework for the L&C function and led the L&C functional transformation programme.
Prior to this, Sarra spent 14 years at London city law firm, DLA Piper, specializing as a corporate lawyer working in public and private M&A, JV’s, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, plc board advisory and equity capital markets work including IPO’s and secondary issues.
Louise Hanson
Executive Director, The Law Society of England and Wales
Louise joined the Law Society in 2019 and is responsible for Membership and External Affairs, which includes the membership, commercial, international, policy, influencing and communications work of the Society. Louise was formerly the Director of Advocacy at the Association of British Insurers. Prior to this she spent 12 years at the consumer group Which? as Head of Advocacy where she led award winning campaigns that built on her campaign experience at Oxfam.
Lucinda Soon

Lucinda is a legal ethics and regulatory solicitor of England and Wales, an organisational psychologist, academic researcher and lecturer, and independent consultant to the legal sector. Her work focuses on applying psychology to develop ethical and healthy workplaces and working practices in law.
Tony Katz
Partner & Global Co-Chair (Financial Services), DLA Piper
Tony Katz focuses on regulatory work for financial institutions and global investigations. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising banks, fund managers, insurers, FinTech's and other financial institutions on UK and international regulatory issues and regularly acts on high profile matters involving the FCA, PRA and other global regulators. In his investigations practice he has carried out some of the most complex and sensitive investigations.
Laura Ford
Laura leads DLA Piper’s Corporate Crime, Investigations & Compliance practice in the UK. With nearly two decades of experience in handling complex and multi-jurisdictional investigations, Laura advises clients on serious misconduct issues across the areas of bribery, money laundering, fraud, facilitation of tax evasion, human rights and others. She represents clients in matters concerning key regulatory and enforcement bodies including the Serious Fraud Office, HMRC, and the Financial Conduct Authority.
