DLA Piper (Canada) LLP once more recognized as a Top Canadian Employer for ‎Young People

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP has been recognized as a national leader for its dedication to young employees by Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the second year in a row.

The designation recognizes employers that offer the nation's best workplaces and programs for young people as they begin their careers. The 2023 edition selection criteria included: programs and initiatives offered to attract and retain young professionals such as benefits, mentorships and training programs; career management; initiatives that help younger workers advance faster; and co-op experience that benefits local communities.

DLA Piper Canada's recognition was attributed to a varying range of programs and initiatives for students, staff and associates such as: in-house career planning and training; group and one-on-one mentorship programs; co-op and pro-bono opportunities; leadership training; social events; nationally coordinated seminars; and access to virtual and work-from-home platforms.

“We are delighted to once more receive this recognition,” said Robert Seidel, K.C., Canada Managing Partner. “Our young professionals display impressive levels of collaboration and selflessness in their work at the firm and within the community and are essential to our success as a global firm. We are continuously working to offer the training, programs and opportunities they deserve to continue to build their careers in a supportive and engaging work environment.”
