Sara Al Saud is a Licensed Lawyer, holding an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Prince Sultan University, with a thesis on E-Games and Esports.

Her practice focuses on Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Intellectual Property, and Sports/Esports law, with particular emphasis on regulatory frameworks governing the gaming and esports sectors. She is one of the first Saudi lawyers developing expertise in this emerging field.

Sara has advised on high-profile projects in the sports and esports ecosystem, including reviewing, drafting, and advising on agreements for the Esports World Cup. She also supports clients on commercial arrangements, sponsorship, media rights, and player protections.

In addition to her esports work, Sara has broad experience in TMT and IP matters, including compliance with the Saudi PDPL, cross-border data transfers, outsourcing, licensing, and digital media contracts.
