Samantha Arbor

Samantha practices in the areas of restructuring, civil and commercial litigation, and regulatory and government affairs.

Samantha focuses on commercial restructuring and bankruptcy, and assists senior counsel in a broad range of commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Samantha’s restructuring practice includes acting for both borrowers and lenders.

During law school, Samantha competed in the Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot, was a research assistant to a law professor, volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and worked as a teaching assistant at the Sauder School of Business. Before law school, Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, studying diaspora and transnational studies, English, and semiotics.

Samantha summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2023.
