Ryan Hamieh

Ryan Hamieh is a member of the Canadian Corporate Crime, Compliance and Investigations Group and ‎has a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice focusing on personal and institutional fraud recovery, ‎white-collar crime, director and officer liability, corporate compliance, and contractual ‎disputes. He has extensive experience with ‎whistleblower compliance, anti-corruption matters, oppression claims under the Business Corporations Act, serious workplace incident investigations, and regulatory and ‎criminal offenses. 

Ryan has represented clients in actions ‎before the Alberta Court of ‎Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. He has conducted investigations and legal proceedings related to fraudulent ‎schemes, conflicts of interest, kick-backs and bribery, money-laundering, asset misappropriation, regulatory non-compliance, ‎and other corporate misconduct.‎

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the ‎University of Alberta. 

Ryan summered and articled with the firm prior to ‎joining as an Associate.‎
