Fredrik Klebo-Espe is part of DLA Piper Norway's Corporate team. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients with due diligence, transaction structuring, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents. He also advises on post-transaction integration and reorganisation, as well as general matters of company law.

In addition, Fredrik has extensive experience advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, particularly for private equity and infrastructure fund clients.
