Marley Mintzberg maintains a general practice in employment and labour law.
Marley assists clients with a wide variety of workplace issues, including wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards, workplace policy and procedure, health and safety, harassment and discrimination complaints, and on strategic employment-related litigation. She provides support for employment issues within corporate/M&A transactions. Marley’s practice also covers privacy and data protection issues.
Marley holds a Licentiate in Laws from the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her time in law school, Marley was actively engaged in various social activities and committees, including her Faculty’s class action association and sports committee. Prior to joining our firm, Marley interned at a boutique litigation firm.
Marley summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an Associate in 2023.
