Marley Mintzberg

Marley Mintzberg maintains a general practice in employment and labour law.‎

Marley assists clients with a wide variety of workplace issues, including wrongful dismissal claims, ‎employment standards, workplace policy and procedure, health and safety, harassment and discrimination ‎complaints, workplace investigations and on strategic employment-related litigation. She offers employment guidance and support in complex corporate/M&A transactions. Marley also advises on privacy and data protection ‎issues.‎ In addition, she works closely with clients to address compliance with Quebec's French language laws, guiding them through francization requirements and interactions with the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF).

Marley holds a Licentiate in Laws from the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She remains actively engaged in various social activities and charities.

Marley summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an Associate in 2023.‎
