Victoria is a lawyer dedicated to employment law, dealing with both individual and collective issues. She advises French companies as well as subsidiaries of international groups, providing solutions adapted to their specific needs.

Victoria assists in the drafting of employment contracts, the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and the implementation of disciplinary and dismissal procedures (personal and economic), as part of the day-to-day management of employment relations within companies.

She has a strong interest in litigation cases before labour and civil courts, both at first instance and on appeal.
