Benjamin Mueller

Benjamin Mueller focuses his practice on high-stakes patent litigation, combining in-depth technical analysis with hands-on experience in discovery management and damages. His past and current matters include a range of technologies, including LED lighting devices, smartphones, virtual machines, cloud technology, and audio devices. Benjamin's practice includes cases before district courts in Texas and Delaware, as well as ex parte reexamination and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Benjamin was a 2018 Summer Associate at DLA Piper and also served as a Legal Extern for the Office of Chief Counsel at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
