Fund structuring and establishment

  • Advising Harrison Street Real Estate on the launch of Harrison Street European Property Partners IV, a EUR250m pan-European real estate fund.
  • Advising a U.S. private equity real estate manager on the launch of a GBP2bn pan-European real estate fund.
  • Advising a U.S. private equity real estate manager on the proposed launch of a EUR1.5bn pan-European continuation fund vehicle.
  • Advising Redical Holdings AG on the launch of a EUR400m closed-ended real estate fund.
  • Advising a global institution on the launch of a EUR1bn closed-ended infrastructure fund (ongoing).
  • Advising Waypoint Asset Management on the launch of Waypoint Essential Stores LP, a real estate fund targeting investment in the essential stores sector in the UK.
  • Advising Agathos Management LLP a mid-market private equity firm, on the launch of its second fund targeting investment into UK SMEs.*

  • Advising UBS in connection with its cornerstone investment in Matter UK Residential Income Fund.
  • Advising a global institution on its private equity investment programme, investing over USD1.5bn annually.
  • Advising abrdn Investments Limited on multiple secondary fund disposals.

Joint ventures

  • Advising Caddick Developments and Moda Living on its GBP1bn joint venture with Ares Management in relation to the development of over 5,000 new single-family build to rent properties.
  • Advising Longfellow Real Estate on its GBP1.5bn joint venture with PSP Investment and Norges Bank targeting the acquisition, developmentand management of life science real estate in the UK.
  • Advising  UBS on its joint venture with Oaktree Capital Management and Trinity Investments in connection with the acquisition of the ParkHyatt Zurich, a 138-key luxury hotel with ancillary office and parking elements.
