David Rund's legal practice focuses on helping companies navigate the myriad challenges inherent in managing a global workforce. His experience includes advising on employment agreements, employment policies and procedures, reductions in force, and separation and release agreements. David also advises on employment considerations in business transactions. David brings to his practice vast prior experience as a defense-side employment litigation attorney and, prior to that, as a legal compliance and investigation-focused human resources professional in the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
