His practice has taken him to the Supreme Court of Canada and to all levels of court in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
He has also represented clients before numerous administrative tribunals including those related to the Law Society of Alberta, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, the College of Alberta Psychologists, the Alberta College of Social Workers, the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals, and the Municipal Government Board of Alberta, as well as at arbitrations, in mediation and at other negotiations.
