Harry is a senior foreign legal associate in our corporate and capital markets team in Sydney. Harry brings with him over nine years' experience working at a top-tier international law firm and in-house at two prominent financial institutions.

Harry has extensive experience advising listed companies and investment banks on equity capital markets transactions across a range of sectors. Harry also has experience of assisting companies with public and private M&A and advising listed companies in relation to corporate governance matters.

  • Advising a UK bank (ClearBank) in respect of its GBP175m private investment from a British private equity firm (Apax Digital).*
  • Advising a multinational oil and gas exploration company (Tullow Oil) on the proposed all-share merger with an energy producer (Capricorn Energy).*
  • Advising a leading global travel retailer (WH Smith plc) in relation to multiple equity placements.*
  • Advising the underwriting investment banks (including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch) in relation to the GBP4bn IPO of a British investment company (Petershill Partners plc) on the London Stock Exchange.*
  • Advising a royalty and streaming company (Ecora Resources) in relation to an equity placement to raise c.GBP50m in connection with an acquisition (Voisey’s Bay cobalt stream).*
  • Advising a British insurance company (Saga plc) in relation to its GBP150m placement and open offer.*
