Alexandra Steinberg has a transactional-based practice working on domestic and cross-border financing ‎with a focus on debt finance. Alexandra also represents clients in corporate transactions and mergers and ‎acquisitions in the projects, energy and infrastructure and the financial institutions sectors.‎

Alexandra’s experience includes advising clients based both in Canada and abroad, drafting and ‎negotiating loan and security documentation for various types of financings, including secured and ‎unsecured financings, corporate and commercial lending, acquisition financing, and project financing. ‎Alexandra summered and completed her articles at the firm's Toronto office.‎

Alexandra received her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and graduated within the top of her class. While studying law, she worked as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Criminal Law, a research assistant for International Tax Law and International Trade, and a peer tutor. Alexandra also incorporated and acted as director for a restorative justice not-for-profit.‎
