  • Advised on civil disputes spanning various legal domains.*
  • Guided private companies on compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, including drafting policies and consent forms.*
  • Drafted and advised on a range of agreements, including restraint of trade agreements, Alienation of Land Act agreements, and commercial contracts.*
  • Conducted training sessions for private companies on corporate policies, procedures, and legal compliance.*
  • Part of a team that advised on mass retrenchments in the travel and mining industries during the initial COVID-19 lockdown, implementing innovative communication methods to ensure a fair and compliant process.*
