Ryan Walsh is a tax lawyer with over 12 years of experience helping both US- and foreign-parented multinationals on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters in the industrial, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors.

Ryan's practice focuses on tax-efficient structuring of international operations and transactions, deal-readiness matters including carveouts, post-acquisition integration, optimization of tax credits and attributes and related US federal tax compliance.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ryan worked in a National Tax practice of a Big 4 firm and as an in-house tax counsel for a Fortune 100 company.
