Valerio Cellentani is a Senior Lawyer in the Finance Department of the Milan office.
He mainly and regularly assists financial institutions, credit funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, LBO, corporate lending, and real estate financing related to commercial and logistics portfolios.
He has gained significant experience in structured financing transactions also backed by state guarantees and ECAs (e.g. SACE) to support corporate M&A and real estate purchase/development transactions.
