Regan Christensen is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. He is dually licensed by the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.

Regan's practice focuses primarily on investigations and litigation related to fraud, compliance, asset tracing/recovery, and white-collar crime. He also maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. A skilled negotiator and advocate, Regan has represented a wide range of clients from major banks and public institutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to joining DLA Piper Canada, Regan worked as a litigator in the Calgary office of a prominent regional law firm, and before that, he worked at a boutique firm in Ontario where he primarily represented large financial institutions. He has experience with corporate/commercial, fraud, bribery, civil forfeiture, judgment enforcement, debt collection, foreclosure, trademark, class action, real estate, condominium, and construction-related disputes.
