About

Brooke Goodlett advises public and private companies in global compliance and corporate and securities law matters. Her practice focuses on compliance with global regulations on sustainability, environmental and human rights impacts and risks.

In addition, Brooke leads the corporate legal data analytics team, which provides peer and industry benchmarking services, bespoke data collection and data visualizations related to corporate sustainability, environmental and social practices, governance practices, deal terms and other corporate matters. She also partners with the University of Texas Global Sustainability Leadership Institute to study emerging issues in corporate sustainability.
