Katie worked in the DLA Dublin office for over 2 years advising both domestic and international clients on a range of financing transactions including, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending and asset-based lending. Katie transferred to the DLA London office in September 2024 and has gained further experience advising private credit funds, private equity sponsors, bank lenders and borrowers on a broad range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

  • Advised renowned international healthcare provider UPMC on its acquisition of the Sports Surgery Clinic (SSC), an independent hospital located in Santry in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Advised leading private equity firm, Duke Street, on the acquisition of Suir Engineering, a leading provider of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering services headquartered in Waterford.
