Nicky Sellinger

Nicky practises corporate commercial law with a focus on real estate transactions.‎

Nicky assists clients with a broad range of matters, including real estate ‎acquisitions and sales, real estate development, commercial leasing, financing, and secured lending.‎

While obtaining her J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Alberta, Nicky was President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, represented the University of Alberta in numerous business case competitions and law moot competitions, and was an active member in the community volunteering with a number of different organizations. Nicky also received numerous awards including the MBA Outstanding Student Contribution Award, the Dale Dowell Memorial MBA Scholarship, and the NAIOP Battle of the Prairies 2022 Golden Microphone Award.

Nicky summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2023.
