Sarah Tauman joins DLA Piper's Employment practice in Northern California

DLA Piper announced today that Sarah Tauman has joined the firm’s Employment practice as a partner in San Francisco.

Tauman provides sophisticated employment advice and counseling for clients in Northern California, in connection with a wide range of transactional matters.

“Sarah is a rising star. Her skills and deep experience will bolster our strong employment team in Northern California and will allow us to meet the high demand for complex transactional employment counsel more broadly throughout the West Coast,” said Brian Kaplan, global co-chair and US chair of DLA Piper’s Employment practice.

“Sarah has worked on a large number of complex corporate transactions, spanning private equity, emerging company, capital markets and public company work,” said Ute Krudewagen, chair of the firm’s International Employment practice. “Her well-rounded experience will be of great benefit to our clients as we continue to grow our capabilities both in the region and across our global platform.”

Tauman joins from Goodwin Procter. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
