DLA Piper continues to grow Transfer Pricing offering with new partner hire in France

DLA Piper continues to grow its Transfer Pricing offering with the appointment of Antoine Faure as a partner in its Paris office. This is the firm’s second Transfer Pricing partner hire in the last month, following the recent appointment of César Salagaray in Spain.

Antoine joins DLA Piper from CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in Paris, where he has worked since 2015 in their international tax department. He assists clients in planning and corporate restructurings, supply chain projects, advance pricing agreements, tax audits and transfer pricing compliance. He has extensive experience in tax audit controversy in France where he managed tax procedures for large companies including tax audit, final litigation and mutual agreement procedure phases. Antoine advises clients in various sectors, such as luxury, cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical sectors as well as consumer goods, heavy industries and finance. He has set up and implemented complex profit split models for the valuation of technologies and trademarks. Before joining CMS, Antoine worked for five years in the transfer pricing team of Deloitte and also at a French pharmaceutical group. Antoine joins DLA Piper alongside associate Brice Fernandez.
