Shaliney Malhotra

Shaliney Malhotra has a general employment and labour law practice, with a focus on employment-related litigation.

Shaliney has represented clients before various levels of court and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, Superior Court ‎of Justice, Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Her practice also includes representing employers in labour arbitrations and providing practical, strategic advice on labour relations matters and union-related disputes.

Shaliney routinely assists employers in navigating a broad range of workplace matters, including employee recruitment, performance management, discipline and termination, human rights issues, and workplace investigations.
