Pensions Round-Up April 2021
In this edition of Pensions Round-Up we look at key developments in pensions legislation and regulatory guidance from April 2021 including:
- The Pensions Regulator: the Regulator’s climate change strategy; and a blog post in relation to the new criminal offences of avoidance of employer debt and conduct risking accrued scheme benefits.
