Dr Gerold Jaeger advises a broad range of clients on real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions as well as non performing loan and portfolio transactions. His work focuses on the transfer of real estate portfolios, project developments and distressed financing. With extensive experience in international markets, including a secondment in Madrid, he has developed a strong reputation for handling cross-border transactions and acquisitions.

Gerold has longstanding experience in advising clients from various sectors, including international investors and companies looking to invest in Germany. With a focus on tailor-made solutions in the execution of large and challenging projects, he is a valued advisor who stands out for his excellent technical knowledge and commitment to achieving the best possible results.

His international focus and skill in navigating diverse legal and cultural challenges allow him to succeed even in challenging market conditions, such as the 2008 financial crisis.
