DLA Piper advises SCPI Transitions Europe on acquisition of production and office facility in Munich

DLA Piper has advised SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, a French investor focused on sustainable real estate investments, on the acquisition of a fully let production and office facility in the municipality of Gräfelfing in Munich.

Located in a sought-after location for life sciences and technology companies in Gräfelfing, the multi-tenant asset comprises approximately 8,868 sqm of rental space and is fully let to tenants operating in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. It primarily offers production space, complemented by high-quality office areas and has a modern heat pump contributing to the property’s strong ESG credentials.

The acquisition was made on behalf of the fund SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, reflecting the latter’s strategy of focusing on economically strong regions in Germany and investing in properties with long-term leases and sustainable usage concepts.

Arkéa REIM is a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group, headquartered in Paris. The business manages a diversified portfolio of real estate investments across Europe, with a strong focus on ESG criteria and long-term value creation.
