DLA Piper advises STORE Capital in US$625 million securitization
DLA Piper advised STORE Capital LLC, a leader in middle market real estate capital and net lease solutions, on its issuance of US$625 million of long-term fixed-rate notes. This is the fourteenth note issuance under STORE’s Master Funding debt program, its proprietary structured debt financing vehicle.
Partners David Lewis (Phoenix) and Andrew Sroka (Boston) co-led the DLA Piper deal team. Partner Katie Philippart LaKoma (Chicago) led REIT and tax matters. The team also included Of Counsel Paul Myers, and Associates Matthew Epstein and Vincent Schiavoni.
