• Advised an UK originator on a GBP200m multicurrency senior warehouse facility secured by a pool of invoice discounting receivables and asset based lending receivables.
• Advised PKOL Leasing as originator on the PLN2.5bn securitisation of Polish lease receivables which was the largest securitisation transaction on the Polish market and the first Simple, Transparent and Standardised securitisation transaction in Poland.
• Acted for Citibank N.A. as sponsor and risk retention holder on various public RMBS securitisation and warehouse financing including the securitisation of c. GBP5bn UK mortgage loans previously acquired by the UK government as part of its emergency nationalisation of Northern Rock and Bradford & Bindley.*
• Acted for AA Limited on its prospectus update in respect of its GBP5bn Class A Note multicurrency programme and the refinancing of existing notes and issuance of new Class A Notes.*
