Christopher Manderville

Christopher maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking and ‎finance, private equity, securities law, privacy and general ongoing advice on business law matters.

Christopher works with a broad range of public and private companies covering a diverse set of industries, including real estate development and capital raising, manufacturing, ‎retail, technology, logistics, e-commerce, alternative lenders, pharmacy and medical professional ‎organizations. Christopher regularly advises development companies on prospectus exempt capital raising matters. Christopher has also assisted clients representing a spectrum ‎of emerging industries with seed and early stage venture capital financings.

Christopher acquired his J.D. from Queen’s University where he focused on business law and private equity.
