UK Restructuring – Year in Retrospect

2020 was an incredibly busy year. It was challenging in so many ways, but at DLA Piper we ended it in a position of strength as the largest specialist Restructuring team in the UK.

Across the UK, we recruited two partners, two legal directors and one senior associate and in September five newly qualified lawyers joined the practice. We continue to invest in our talent and with a strong pipeline of mandates, we will continue to grow to support our clients in these uncertain times.

Across retail, casual dining, manufacturing, travel, aviation, and healthcare we have executed market leading mandates delivering outstanding outcomes for key stakeholders.
