  • Phatisa on its exit from Deltamune, a leading South African animal vaccine producer. Phatisa's interest was acquired by Vaxxinova, a Dutch animal health company. DLA Piper had advised Phatisa's initial investment into Deltamune in 2022.
  • Investec Limited, as the sole bookrunner to Vukile Property Fund Limited, in an accelerated book build offering which resulted in raising a total of ZAR1,5bn.
  • Remgro, a public company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), on its sale of all its shares in Momentum Group, also listed on the JSE, by way of an accelerated bookbuild, raising gross proceeds of ZAR2.7bn.
  • Barloworld on a c. ZAR23 billion cash offer to Barloworld shareholders by a consortium of investors.
  • Sanlam Life and Sanlam Personal Loans on the establishment of a retail credit joint venture (JV) with TymeBank.
  • Phatisa, Masimong, and Sabvest on the sale of 100% interest in Rolfes to Solevo Group.
