Jonathan (Jon) practises commercial real estate law, with a particular emphasis on real estate investment ‎transactions and property development.‎

Jon provides business focused advice to clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including the ‎acquisition, disposition, management, operation, financing and development of all property types, as well ‎as joint ventures, partnerships and commercial leasing.‎

Jon has a particular expertise in structuring and leading real estate investment transactions and ‎development projects, including advising on tax considerations. Jon has experience with complex ‎transactions involving natural resources, technology, hospitality, lending platforms, and other unique ‎operating businesses. Jon also assists both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and acts on ‎a number of real estate related corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities ‎offerings.‎
