  • Advising Commonwealth Bank of Australia on various transactions including the divestment of its Indonesian banking subsidiary, PT Bank Commonwealth to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and the acquisition of Waddle.*
  • Advising Hancock on various transactions including its competitive takeover bid of Warrego Energy Limited and its joint venture with POSCO to acquire 100% of Senex Energy Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement.*
