Kurt has over twenty years of experience in funds, ranging from Sovereign Wealth and Pension Funds, Muti-Strategy Asset Managers, Hedge-Funds and Fund-of-Funds, dealing and advising on every aspect of their business and underlying transactions globally.
Prior to joining DLA Piper (US) LLP, Kurt served as General Counsel of the Abu Dhabi Investment Council in the Middle East and has practiced in both London and New York. His practice currently focuses on advising Sovereign Wealth Funds, and institutional clients seeking to deploy capital through Funds, Co-Investments, Secondaries, and Direct investments.
